Prevent users to read data from the MMC by using the USB Port

Hello,

is it possible to prevent users from accessing the MMC by using the USB-Port?
In my case i would remove the possibility to READ data from the MMC and, if possible, to preserve the ability to WRITE data.

Is there a way to realise that?
